Leftover tomatillo salsa dressing

I initially wanted to make a creamy lime cilantro dressing for a salad, but I was out of cilantro.  I improvised by using some leftover tomatillo salsa.  I blended this with lime juice, honey, some leftover coconut milk, and olive oil.  It is spicy and creamy while still being fairly acidic with the lime juice.
