Spicy Jamaica

I wanted to share some pics from a couple of weeks back. I was making agua de Jamaica and a friend suggested a little kick would be good. In a 6 cup jar I had 1 cup of dried hibiscus leaves and 1 chile serrano I split in half. I topped with boiling water to let it steep. The resulting tea had a little kick but could use more. I served this over ice with lime juice, simple syrup and tequila.  This can also be served as is mixed with a bit of sugar then poured over ice.
