Sunday night dinner

Pot roast served over pureed mashed potatoes with roasted kale stirred in.


Sunday Night Dinner going in the oven

Putting the pot roast in the oven.
Seasoned a chuck roast with ancho,cumin, salt and pepper. Seared on each side, added onion, garlic, carrots, celery, bay leaves. Deglazed with red wine. Going into a 300 degree oven for a few hours.
